Take any shape paper hole puncher and use dried leaves to make cute colorful confetti! An Alternative idea is to use dried flowers and flower petals for an extra pop of color!
Go to your local thrift store and get cheap vintage glassware, silverware and dishes for you and your guests as opposed to disposable!
Opt for potted plants instead of cut florals
Look into eco conscious vendors and venues! Ask your caterer to use reusable serving utensils and hot wells. Use washable linens instead of paper napkins.
Donate left over food and decorations to people in need.
Bridal party dresses and tuxes to shelters or people who cannot afford them. Give your decorations to a future bride. Take remaining food to shelters.
Rent as many decorations and items for reception as you can.
Give edible favors in sustainable packaging or instead of buying things opt to donate to charity in guests names. Put that information on the invitations or on a sign at the reception.

For party members dresses/tuxes choose secondhand, rentals or re use materials to craft your own!
Have a plant based menu!
Mass production of meat and dairy are the number 1 contributor to the global climate crisis. Opt to have a meatless entree and plant based appetizers. Google a vegan or plant based baker and catering near you!
Use things you find in nature!
Instead of placards use leaves and write names on them in white sharpie. Use self harvested greenery, stones and slices of wood that you can find to make centerpieces.
Instead of menus or timelines use big signs instead. Have a QR code to your wedding website and include menu, and schedule of the day
Another way to save paper is to undo digital invites or one statement invite as opposed to a save the date then an invitation with multiple cards inside.
